The FutureChina Distinguished Leaders Dialogue Series (DLDS) is Business China’s flagship dialogue series. Launched in 2020, the dialogues are a platform for Singapore’s eminent political leaders to share key insights and engage on pertinent issues and trends, with a focus on China and the Southeast Asia region.
Business China has held several dialogues, and the speakers who have graced the event include Senior Minister Mr Teo Chee Hean, who shared his thoughts on the challenges and opportunities in a multi-polar world, Emeritus Senior Minister Mr Goh Chok Tong, who spoke on understanding the global order in an evolving geopolitical landscape. In 2022, Minister Dr Tan See Leng, also a Business China board adviser, shared his views on talent management innovation for economic sustainability.
The Prominent Business Leaders Dialogue Series is one of Business China’s Flagship Dialogue Series. It features successful and experienced Singapore and Chinese Business Leaders in various industries, who share their invaluable insights on business management and philosophies related to Singapore, China and ASEAN. It is attended by invited members and stakeholders of Business China. Apart from exchanging ideas at the dialogue segment, the event also serves as a valuable networking opportunity among members and guests.
Decoding China’s Two Sessions is a FutureChina Series forum, and a flagship event jointly organised by Business China and Lianhe Zaobao. The Forum happens after the announcement of several policies at the Two Sessions (National People’s Congress (NPC) and National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)) each year. Speakers will analyse the challenges and prospects brought about by the discussion topics and released policies at the Two Sessions. The Forum serves as a platform for speakers to comment and exchange views, providing attendees a deeper understanding of the development and plans China has in the medium and long term.
