Over the past week, we visited companies across Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou, where participants engaged with industry leaders in China. Through these exchanges, participants gained valuable insights into the evolving Chinese business landscape, from how organisations continue to refine their systems over time to how they integrate AI into their operations. These visits offered fresh perspectives on how organisations are scaling and adapting in a rapidly changing landscape.
From understanding each company’s unique developmental journey through dialogues with senior leaders to networking, the immersion trip was filled with rich experiences, meaningful conversations and new connections. We hope ALP participants are inspired to translate ideas into actions in their own organisations and leverage technology to drive meaningful impact.
