About Singapore Education Scholarship

The Business China Singapore Education Scholarship (SGES) offers an opportunity for outstanding students from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to study in a Singapore school from Secondary 3 to Junior College Year 2.

This 4-year programme will lead to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level certificate, or a similar qualification.

Business China is the only agency overseeing the Singapore Education Scholarship (SGES) application and selection process. We do not endorse any service provider or external agencies offering consultancy services for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be Chinese Citizens
  • Must be born between 2 Jan 2010 to 1 Jan 2013
  • Consistently good academic performance
  • Good track record in Co-Curricular Activities
  • Proficient in English language

*For academic readiness, scholarship recipients are strongly encouraged to complete Junior Middle 3 before arrival in Singapore.

  6. Travel allowance back to China (every 2 years)
  7. Economy Class air-ticket/ travel allowance to commence studies in Singapore
  8. Subsidised medical benefits and Accident Insurance cover


* Scholarship recipients shall attend designated events organised by Business China.
