大家下午好！
1. 欢迎各位出席解读两会论坛。今天，有多位外交使节在场，也有许多习惯讲英语的朋友，所以，我先用英语讲几句。
2. Your excellencies, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen. Good afternoon. I will start off by saying a few words in English as we have some English speakers among our audience.
3. Since 2020, Business China and Zaobao have been co-organising “Decoding China’s Two Sessions”. It is a regular feature of Business China’s events every March and this is the 7th time we’re organising this.
4. Over the past three weeks, many of us have followed the announcements from the Two Sessions. Some key themes that stood out include technological self-reliance and strength, development of emerging industries in driving new quality productive forces and high-quality growth as well as promoting institutional opening up, regional cooperation, and upholding the multilateral trading system.
5. Against a backdrop of growing geopolitical complexity and challenges, the signals from this year’s Two Sessions are especially salient. It is in this context that we convene today’s discussion under the theme, “China’s New Market Dynamics and Southeast Asia’s Economic Reconfiguration.” As China’s growth model continues to evolve, its economic engagement with Southeast Asia is likewise being reshaped — creating new opportunities for businesses and investors across this region.
6. We are delighted to have with us a distinguished panel of industry leaders and experts, Professor Mao Zhenghua, Professor Fu Qiang, and Mr. Ignatius Lim. Together with our moderator, Ms. Han Yong Hong, they will be sharing their perspectives generously with us this afternoon. It is a pleasure to see many familiar faces in the audience. Your continued presence and support are a strong encouragement to all of us at Business China.

8. 接下来我用华语发言。从2020年开始，每年三月，中国两会结束后，通商中国和《联合早报》都会联合举办论坛，邀请专家、学者和行业代表，进行分析和交流。多年来，这项活动已经成为我们的旗舰项目之一。
9. 在全球复杂多变的局势下，十五五规划强调以全球视野推进战略布局，突出周边外交与区域合作，同时，更加注重产业链和供应链的安全与韧性。十五五规划也强调，在科技、数字经济和绿色产业方面，加快高水平科技自立自强，发展新质生产力，提升中国的综合竞争力。
10. 为此，根据两会释放的政策信号和区域发展趋势，我们把今天的题目定为“中国市场新棋局与东南亚经贸重构”，意思是中国市场正在发生新变化，与东南亚的经贸关系也在重新布局，这种双重变化给区域的企业和投资者带来了新的机遇和发展空间。
11. 今天论坛的主讲嘉宾和主持人分别来自新加坡和中国的投资、学术、跨国企业和媒体，都是各自领域的权威，非常有代表性。欢迎我们的主讲嘉宾毛振华教授，傅强教授，林瑞光先生，以及主持人，韩咏红女士。相信这个多元化的阵容，将涵盖宏观政策、跨国公司和中国企业海外发展等多个话题，既有理论，又有实践。
12. 通商中国在策划每一场活动时，都会根据当时当下的热点、国内外的重大课题确定内容，有很强的时效性。今天的论坛结束后，4月份，我们会带一批新加坡的企业家、专业人士和公务员到上海、苏州、杭州进行深度参访，了解智能科技、新型消费和高端制造的创新成果。9月份举办的慧眼中国环球论坛，也将从地缘政治、中国政治和经济、AI应用等角度，邀请来自世界各国的主讲人发表精彩演讲，欢迎大家踊跃参与。
