On Feb 5, Business China and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA) co-organized the 2011 Spring Reception to usher in the Rabbit year. Being the first collaboration between Business China and SFCCA, both parties hoped to tap on one another’s expertise and to synergise in nurturing bilingualism and bi-culturalism in Singapore. Around 400 invited guests from different fields gathered at the SFCCA auditorium to network and exchange greetings on the third day of the Lunar New Year. Gracing the event was Guest-of-Honour, Senior Minister, Professor S Jayakumar, who was also born in the year of the Rabbit.
