各位来宾
大家晚上好！
1.首先，我要代表通商中国感谢大家在百忙之中抽空出席今晚的晚宴。我看到在座有不少人，参加了白天的论坛，希望大家都有所收获。
2.通商中国很高兴今年与新加坡工商联合总会合办这次特别年会，也感谢我国贸工部、新加坡企业发展局的鼎力支持，并且荣幸邀请到中国一些省市领导以及来自亚细安国家的学者、商界领袖莅临出席。
3.其实，无论是通商中国，还是新加坡，我们的“朋友圈”都在扩大。从今年6月的“特金会”就可以看出，东西方不同文化的国家，都把秉持中立的新加坡，看作了可信的伙伴；随着这个月初，在我国举行的亚细安加三外长会议确定，接下来会巩固经济联系，拓展合作领域，我国与亚细安其他国家，以及中国、日本、韩国等国家的合作伙伴关系也变得更加紧密。
4.孟子说过：“人之相识,贵在相知,人之相知,贵在知心”。要想交友，必须不断地沟通与交流，做到“知心”，才能有利于朋友合作。就在三天前，我国与中国广东省确定共同推动中新广州知识城升级为新中国家级双边合作项目。这显示，新中伙伴关系在沟通交流之后，又向前迈进一步。
5.新中之间的合作将带动亚细安的发展，促进创新创业在亚细安的不断升级完善。尽管贸易摩擦让外部形势充满不确定性，亚细安市场证明仍是充满投资机遇和巨大增长潜力的经济体。整个亚细安拥有大约6亿5000万人口的庞大市场，在2017年实现了5%的经济增幅，充满活力。作为东南亚的商贸、物流和金融中心，新加坡具备语言和文化优势，有助于连接中国与亚细安，促进区域间的科技信息交流，为各国人民带来切实的利益。
6.通商中国作为推广双语双文化的平台，在促进新中两国关系，搭建联系中国与世界各地文化和经济方面，积极发挥着桥梁作用。每年举办的旗舰项目 “慧眼中国环球论坛”，包括今明两天的特别年会，也有助于政、商、学界领袖的沟通交流，让与会者彼此分享对热点课题的全新观点，加深了解，促进友谊。今晚我们的主题讨论也将围绕如何通过创新和区域互联互通实现经济繁荣而进行。

8.On behalf of China, I would like to extend my warmest welcome to you and all our distinguished guests to the welcome dinner of this special forum. We are honoured to partner with Singapore Business Federation to co-organise this forum, with Singapore as the ASEAN chair this year.
9.We have fruitful sessions today. Tomorrow, more topics on the ‘Innovation’, ‘Regional connectivity’ and ‘ASEAN’ will be covered in the plenary sessions and panel discussions. Our guests will be exposed to comprehensive and insightful perspectives on the economic prospect on Singapore, China, and ASEAN, as well as the connectivity and cooperation between one another.
10.One of tomorrow’s highlights is the “SOUTHERN TRANSPORT CORRIDOR” FORUM. At this forum, our Singapore Minster of Trade and Industry Mr Chan Chun Sing, and Chong Qing’s Mayor Mr Tang Liang Zhi will speak on how the Southern Transport Corridor will indicate greater, faster and cheaper grow of goods from China. Singapore is an integral role in Singapore Southern Corridor by pulling together the efforts of countries and provinces in China. Of course, I will also urge everyone to stay tune to discussions on various issue including international trade and e-commerce. The Southern Transport Corridor has linked ASEAN to more provinces in Western China which subsequently opened a broader market and promoted innovation among ASEAN. This initiative will accelerate the integration between ASEAN and China. As a neutral platform, Singapore will benefit from the growth and connectivity.
